HOW TO USE: Use HEADLINER as a base coat, a ridge filler and/or a topcoat. Each coat must be cured for 30 seconds in an LED or 2 minutes in a UV lamp. When using as a top coat, use Nail Surface Cleanser to remove the sticky inhibition layer after curing.
